A work life balance for successful teacher.

«Teachers – Go Hard or Go Home»
Teaching is a profession that one could spend hours and hours working at every day, all day long – 365 days a year and still never be truly finished. As I was at practice, soon I realized that there is always something that needs to be done...and this is just the beginning. It can be very stressful, particularly at the beginning of the school year. New teachers find it difficult to a have balance in their lives because their work is rarely left at work. Papers need to be corrected, projects need to be planned, tests need to be completed and the following day needs to be prepared for. I think that you must decide what is really important. Everyone wants to have a successful career, but realize that work isn't everything.
In one newspaper is sad: Ideal Jobs for Work-Life Balance is a teacher!
The good news! It is not actually difficult to have a work life balance – no matter what the profession.

·   Now teachers often work, work, work because they feel they have to. They do not get paid for these extra hours, and this must be kept in mind.
·  Keep time with family and friends work free. Do not try to multi-task all of the time. This usually leads to annoyed friends, neglected children. Keep time for loved ones free from school work whenever possible. This may mean waiting until bedtime to correct papers, or staying after school to finish up planning.

·  Ask for help from «veteran» teachers. Teachers are often willing to share ideas and lesson plans, and these things can help new teachers. Don't be afraid to ask. It's not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and confidence.

 ·  Work out regularly. New teachers often say that exercise is the last thing that they have time for. However, it's a huge stress reliever and quintessential to a healthy lifestyle. Do some sort of physical activity each week and if possible, find time to unwind and relieve the stress of the day before bed.

What do I personally do not to pollute the World!

Among the problems are the acid rains, global warming, toxic pollution of atmosphere, depletion of ozone layer. As a result we have destruction of soil in areas, disappearance of forests, pollution of rivers and underground waters by chemical elements, impacts on some species so impacts on the food chain, extinction of species.
Threat of ecological accident is a result of business activity of the person (the industrial polluting of atmosphere). And most acid rain falls because of human activities. People do – people get!
So, what do you personally must do not to pollute our world…
First off all stop to use body spray! Hey, to prevent smell just use water and piece of soap.
Secondary, no smoking! It is a common belief among cigarette smokers that they are only hurting themselves. In fact they are not only hurting themselves, but also pollute the air and quite often the ground (millions of cigarette butts are discarded onto the ground every day).  If you are going to smoke please consider this information before your throw your cigarette butts on the ground!!! Cigarettes contain over 4000 chemicals which are exhaled and released into the air and the atmosphere. The pollution caused by cigarettes does not stop in our bodies or the air; it also affects the land we live on and the water that we drink.
Then, it also takes a lot of trees to produce cigarettes. Cigarette manufacturing uses four miles (=6 km) of paper an hour just for rolling and packaging cigarettes. One tree is wasted for every three hundred cigarettes produced. So, if you are going to smoke firstly grow the tree!!! Really, it is not so hard to make our world “green”.
Next cars! Of cause I like cars, but engineers, if you are so smart to make BMV or AUDI so perfect and attractive, can you invent some available (inexpensive) filter in every car to prevent pollution of atmosphere. But it is better to use bicycles, skates, roller skates. It does not make harm for nature and good for your health!
